    • Clear photos of the product (with tags & packaging visible)

    • Reason for refund or exchange

  3. Wait for Approval
    Our team will verify your request within 24 hours. If approved, we’ll guide you through the return or exchange steps.

📦 Important Notes:

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags

  • Return courier must be arranged by the customer

  • COD charges are non-refundable
